Mar, 22 2019Tom Kirk1i was refused lodging due to a 10 lb quiet Yorkie. the room next to my friends had 2 dogs in it. Felt a twinge of racism from the Latin American desk clerk, enjoying the denying of a white couple . I called for my refund countless times and still haven't gotten a call back nor a refund. shame, its a nice looking place but management is cheesy like this.
